Sarabong Park, which is famous for its sunset view in the dusky light of evening, is equipped with sports facilities and is popular place for early morning workouts.
In particular, the sun setting into the sea when viewed from Sarabong Park is one of the most beautiful sights of Jeju Island(Yeongju-sipgyeong).
In the northeast at the top of the park is the Mangyangjeong Pavilion where a well-preserved beacon lighthouse (Provincial Monumnet No.23) stands.
To the east of Sarabong Hill, and esplanade leads to Byeoldobong Hill, making a pleasant walking trail with the ocean on one side, This Byeoldobong esplanade is popular with out-of-town tourists, as well as local citizens.
